Vials of blood are obtained as drops from the Theatre of Blood. It is used as the base instead of a vial of water when creating bastion and battlemage potions.
It is also used to charge the Scythe of vitur.
Ver Sinhaza has a well near the bank that requires 300 blood runes and 1 vial of blood to charge.
