Vorkath's head is an item dropped by Vorkath. The drop rate of the head is 1/50, but players are guaranteed to receive one for their 50th Vorkath kill. Players can take the head along with 75 mithril arrows, and either 4,999gp or Ava's accumulator to Ava in Draynor Manor to obtain Ava's assembler.
It can also be combined with a slayer helmet or slayer helmet (i) to create a turquoise slayer helmet or turquoise slayer helmet (i), respectively. Doing so requires purchasing the ability Undead head for 1,000 slayer reward points.
Additionally, if players wish to have Vorkath's head mounted, it must be taken to the taxidermist in Canifis. She will charge 50,000 coins to stuff the head. Players can then mount it in their player-owned house Skill Hall with level 82 Construction. When players take it to the Taxidermist, she will exclaim "This blue dragon smells like it's been dead for a remarkably long time. Even by my standards, it smells awful."
Lastly, it can also be used as an ensouled dragon head.
