The waking sleep vial is made by using some ground tooth with a guam-marr vial, and grants 84 Herblore experience. It is a potion used to access the Dream World in the Lunar Diplomacy quest. The player pours the potion on the magic kindling to get a soaked kindling, which is then lit on fire to be transported to the Dream World. The vial becomes an empty vial after use and has no further use once the quest is completed.
