The Water Wizard is a monster that is located in the meadow North-east of Rimmington and south of Falador. The monster can be seen wearing blue Wizard robes, a blue cape and wielding a Staff of water.
They will cast Water Strike when attacked and will heal themselves if they are damaged with water-based spells (such as water strike, bolt, etc). The Water Wizard is especially effective against melee as it can also cast Weaken.
