The Western banner 2 is a reward from completing the medium Western Provinces Diary tasks. It is received from the Elder gnome child in the Gnome Stronghold, and can be retrieved from him for free if lost.
The banner displays a picture of King Awowogei's face, and its stats in combat are identical to the black spear.
