The Western banner 4 is a reward from completing the elite Western Provinces Diary. The armour is received from the Elder gnome child at the Tree Gnome Stronghold, and can be retrieved from him for free if lost.
Strangely enough, all 4 of the western banners have higher stats than the wilderness swords. The Wilderness sword 4 tops out to an adamant sword. Whilst the banner judge's into an adamant longsword, or lower rune weapons.
Benefits
From Western banner 1, 2 and 3
- 50% chance of 2 chompy birds appearing when chompy bird hunting
- Crystal saw holds twice as many charges (56 charges)
- Ability to upgrade the Void knight top and bottom to have +3 prayer bonus for 200 Void Knight commendation points
