The white med helm is a type of White Knight helmet. To wear a white medium helmet the player must have completed the Wanted! quest and have at least 10 Defence. One can either buy one from Sir Vyvin (with the Page rank) or trade with another player. It has roughly the same bonuses as a black med helm.
As with all White armour, players cannot make this using the Smithing skill.
