Wizard Sinina sells mystic robes and other mystic equipment in the Wizards' Guild through the mystic robes store. He is located on the 1^st2^nd floor^[?] of the guild, next to Wizard Akutha.

If a player has achieved 99 Magic, they can purchase a magic cape and its respective hood from him for 99,000 coins.

Level 60 Magic is required to access the Wizards' Guild, where Wizard Sinina resides.

Trivia

Prior to an update, he was simply known as Robe Store Owner.
